A conversation with Fritz Demopoulos (UCLA MBA ’97), UCLA graduate student Megan Li, and UCLA Professor Jean-Luc Margot

Join us to find out how citizen scientists like you can help us answer one of science’s most important questions. The UCLA SETI Group uses the largest fully steerable telescope on Earth to search for evidence of civilizations in our Galaxy. We observe thousands of stars and their planets with the goal of detecting radio transmissions. At this event, we will share details about our search and introduce a citizen science platform that we will use to develop AI tools to accelerate the search.
