We have provided various templates to encourage you to help us build a consistent look and feel for the College. These templates should be used as a starting point for any web or email-related projects.

Email Signatures

Like the signature at the bottom of a letter, your email signature tells the reader who is sending the e-mail. By consistently using your email signature, you visually connect your unit with the university in online communications, enhancing the reach and the impact of your messaging.

Basic/ Campaign Support

In your email communications,  you can simply include name, title, department, address, and phone number and logo of the College, Division, or Department.

Share the UCLA College Story

To enhance the reach and impact of the College, we encourage you to incorporate the icons and links of the UCLA College Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn to your email signatures, so that recipients can get access to our campus, students, researchers and events.

Email Templates

Email templates are useful when you need to send emails to multiple recipients. Using an email template greatly simplifies creating newsletters, mass messages and invitations. It can also save time and increase productivity while reducing the possibility of error. UCLA’s templates are preformatted with the specific fonts, backgrounds and signatures you’ll need to send mass emails to all your constituents, including alumni, students, staff, faculty, donors and community members.
