Marc Levis-Fitzgerald is the Director of the Office of Undergraduate Evaluation and Research (OUER). His educational background includes a B.A. in Economics and French, and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Higher Education from UCLA. His research interests include curriculum reform and evaluation, student and faculty development, and institutional transformation. He is particularly interested in documenting the experience of undergraduate students through exit surveys and directs the development and implementation of the UCLA Senior Survey. In addition, he spends considerable time working on UCLA's efforts to partner with community colleges in California. Marc also teaches courses in Graduate School of Information and Information Studies where he currently assists with teaching "Understanding the Collegiate Experience." Marc coordinated the Undergraduate Council of the Academic Senate for four years before signing on to head the Office of Undergraduate Evaluation and Research.

Jennifer Lindholm is the Associate Director of the Office of Undergraduate Evaluation and Research. She is also Director of the Higher Education Research Institute's "Spirituality in Higher Education: A National Study of College Students' Search for Meaning and Purpose" research project. Her educational background includes B.A. degrees in Psychology and Physical Education from Whittier College, an M.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from California State University, Fullerton, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA. Prior to joining OUER, Jennifer served for five years as Associate Director of the Higher Education Research Institute's Cooperative Institutional Research Program and Director of the Institute's Triennial National Survey of College Faculty. She also served for three years as Visiting Professor within the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies. Apart from her collaborative work on the spiritual development of undergraduate students, Jennifer's research focuses primarily on the structural and cultural dimensions of academic work; the career development, work experiences, and professional behavior of college and university faculty; and issues related to institutional change within colleges and universities. Current Projects: Freshman Cluster Program and Undergraduate Student Initiated Experience.

Shannon Toma is a Research Analyst at the Office of Undergraduate Evaluation and Research. She recently entered the PhD program in higher education and organizational change at UCLA. Prior to her current work and graduate study, she earned a master’s degree in philosophy and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her research interests include diversity in higher education as well as college access and equity for underrepresented students. Current projects: Senior Survey and Transfer Alliance Program reviews.
