The Office of Undergraduate Evaluation and Research examines the effectiveness of the university's academic programs.Below is a list of our most current projects, with a brief description:
| Community College Best Practices | Compile and summarize community college practices that facilitate transfer. |
| Fiat Lux Seminars | Document the experience of students and faculty participating in one-unit seminars. |
| Freshman Cluster Program | Coordinate ongoing assessment of general education clusters. |
| Program Reviews | Assist the College Faculty Executive Committee and the Undergraduate Council with information needs. |
| Senior Survey | Coordinate implementation of and analyze results of Senior Survey administered to all graduating seniors in the College. |
| Science Initiatives | Evaluate the impact of programs that support retention and achievement in the sciences. |
| TAP Reviews | Coordinate reviews of community colleges participating in the Transfer Alliance Program. |
| Technology | Determine the impact of technology on UCLA students and faculty. |
| UCUES | Assist with coordination and implementation of the University of California Undergraduate Experience Survey. |
| Undergraduate Student Experience Initiative | Assess the impact of advanced undergraduate taught courses. Document the experience of faculty mentors, student facilitators, and student participants. |
