The UCLA College of Letters and Science
Reflecting on the UCLA Experience
In spring 2012, all seniors in the UCLA College of Letters and Science were asked to complete a survey on their academic and co-curricular experiences at the university. The survey explored students' views about their lives on campus, their studies, and their plans after graduating.
The result was more than 5,100 seniors responding – approximately 72 percent of the graduating class. The responses document views on the overall UCLA experience, student and campus life, academic majors and minors, quality of faculty and courses, and research opportunities for undergraduates.
This website features some of the main results of the survey.
Our goal is to ensure that the findings of this senior survey, and those that will follow, help to shape the UCLA experience for many generations of Bruins.
