You will receive a MyUCLA notification about ticket ordering and deadlines.
From Tuesday, April 30, – Tuesday, May 14, 2013, you can order tickets through MyUCLA for the College Commencement and your academic department's graduation ceremony.
Through MyUCLA, you request two additional tickets for the College Commencement ceremony. You will be placed on a wait list.
Between Tuesday, May 21, – Tuesday, June 4, 2013, you will be informed with a MyUCLA notification if your request for extra tickets can be filled.
Parking permits for your guests may be purchased when you place your ticket order through MyUCLA, or you may purchase them at the Central Ticket Office when you pick up your tickets.

The Senior Survey asks about your UCLA undergraduate experience. Your responses will be used to strengthen undergraduate education and help shape the undergraduate program for generations to come.
You will be asked to participate in the 2013 Senior Survey before you may order your tickets for Commencement. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and does not affect your access to commencement tickets, but you must login to the Senior Survey first to order tickets.
You can access the Senior Survey any time after Friday, February 8, 2013, by clicking on the link below (Go to the Senior Survey). After logging in, you will be directed to your MyUCLA notification, explaining the Senior Survey procedure.

The fees for tickets are assessed when tickets are ordered on MyUCLA and are automatically billed through your BruinBill. Once ordered, students are charged for guest tickets and parking permits whether or not they are picked up.
Tickets and guest parking permits may be picked up Tuesday, May 21, – Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Central Ticket Office.
A few departments will distribute guest tickets at the department office. If your department is doing this, you will receive a MyUCLA notification.
If you cannot pick up tickets in person and the Central Ticket Office is distributing tickets for your department celebration, complete the 2013 Commencement Ticket Office mail-out form and send it, along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope, to the Central Ticket Office before Tuesday, May 28, 2013.
If your department is handling ticket distribution and you cannot pick up tickets in person, contact your department office.
College Commencement Ceremony
After Friday, May 10, you still can file a SIP and, if it is approved, participate in Commencement events, but your name will not be included in the College Commencement program. Tickets can be ordered online at MyUCLA through Tuesday, May 14. After this date, please send a request for guest tickets to commencement@college.ucla.edu.

Note: Sale or transfer of Commencement tickets is a violation of Section 102.23 of the UCLA Student Conduct Code. Violations may subject a student to discipline by the Dean of Students, including a hold on academic records.

Friday, June 14, 2013
2:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.
Each College division (Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, and Humanities) will have a set number of seats allocated for each ceremony time.
You may choose either ceremony time unless the venue capacity is full for your Division.
International Institute students will attend the 7:00 p.m. ceremony.
For you: Order a student ticket. For guests: You can order four (4) guest tickets.
You can also go on a waiting list for two additional tickets.
You will be reminded through MyUCLA when tickets can be ordered.
Tickets will be available for pick up Tuesday, May 21, – Tuesday, June 4, 2013.

For you: You do not need a ticket, but you must confirm your attendance through MyUCLA. For guests: Each department offers four (4) free tickets. Additional tickets for $12 each may be available. The number of extra tickets varies by department; check with your department for details.

For you: Order a College Honors student ticket. For guests: You can order up to two tickets.
