Tickets
You need a separate ticket to participate in the College Honors Recognition Ceremony on June 13 at 3 p.m. in Royce Hall.
You do not need a ticket to participate in your department graduation on the June 14-15 weekend, but you must confirm your attendance.
Tickets are required for your guests at all of the commencement ceremonites. Ticket orders must be placed on MyUCLA between April 29 - May 14. The number of guest tickets available for each ceremony will vary depending on your department.

Senior Survey
The Senior Survey will be available on April 1. The Senior Survey, which takes about 15 minutes to complete, asks about your UCLA experience. Your responses will be used to strengthen undergraduate education, and will help shape the UCLA experience for many generations to come. If you have not completed the survey when you order tickets for commencement, you will be asked to participate in the 2008 Senior Survey. Participation is voluntary and your decision will not affect your access to commencement tickets.

Department Graduations: Confirm Your Attendance
You do not need a ticket to participate in your departmental graduation. However, you must confirm your attendance through MyUCLA by May 14.
Guest Tickets (required for College Commencement and most departmental graduations)
The total number of guest tickets allowed per student will vary depending on the ceremony.
Please note that because of limits on seating capacity, the number of guest tickets available for the main College ceremony will be limited to two per student. You may request up to four wait-list tickets as part of your initial ticket order on MyUCLA.
For the Honors ceremony, guest tickets are limited to three per student.
Billing
To assist with the costs of the department graduations, most departments assess a fee for tickets above the complimentary minimum of four tickets.
Some departments charge $8 each for tickets ordered after the four complimentary tickets. These fees are assessed when tickets are ordered on MyUCLA and are automatically billed through your BAR statement. No refunds are possible. (Students are charged for guest tickets ordered whether or not they are picked up.)
Ticket Ordering Dates
Commencement ticket ordering through MyUCLA begins on Tuesday, April 29 and ends on Wednesday, May 14. You will receive notifications through MyUCLA about these deadlines.
Ticket Pick-Up
College Commencement & Departmental Graduations
Guest tickets should be picked up between Monday, May 19 and Monday, June 2.
Important: Tickets not picked up by June 2 may be invalidated and released to other students.
Ticket Pick-Up Locations
Tickets for the College Commencement, the College Honors Recognition Ceremony and most department graduations can be picked up at the Central Ticket Office at the James West Alumni Center (facing Pauley Pavilion).
Pre-paid guest parking permits ordered through MyUCLA also can be picked up at the Central Ticket Office.
If your department has decided to distribute the guest tickets for your departmental graduation ceremony at the departmental office instead of the Central Ticket Office, this will be indicated on your MyUCLA notification.
Photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
Students who are away from campus and not able to pick up their tickets in person should contact the Central Ticket Office (310-825-2101) or the departmental office for special arrangements.
Late Requests (If you declared your candidacy for graduation after May 14 or missed the May 14 deadline)
Department Graduations
If you miss the May 14 deadline to RSVP and order guest tickets for your department graduation, contact your department office.
College Commencement
A small number of additional tickets for the main College Ceremony may be available to order after May 14. Please visit your MyUCLA page for ticket availability.
Note: Sale or transfer of commencement tickets is a violation of Section 102.23 of the UCLA Student Conduct Code. Violations may subject a student to discipline by the Dean of Students, including a hold on academic records.
