The process for ordering, receiving, and paying for your commencement tickets involves five (5) steps, which must be completed in the following order:

First, participate in the Senior Survey;

Second, submit your time preference for the College Commencement Ceremony;

Third, place your remaining order for Tickets and Parking Permits;

Fourth, receive your tickets via one of the Order Distribution methods; and

Fifth, pay for your tickets through the Billing process.

The Senior Survey asks about your UCLA undergraduate experience. Your responses will be used to strengthen undergraduate education and help shape the undergraduate program for generations to come.

If you are planning to order commencement tickets, you will be asked to complete the College Senior Survey questionnaire or to opt out entirely. Participation is voluntary, and your decision will not affect your access to commencement tickets.  After you respond, you will be directed to commencement ticket ordering information.

You can access the Senior Survey any time after Friday, January 20, 2017, by clicking on the link below (Go to the Senior Survey). After logging in, you will be directed to your MyUCLA notification, explaining the Senior Survey procedure.

Raffles for Survey Participants

Individuals are eligible for three division-based raffles: one for a Spring 2017 parking pass, one for an Ultimate Bruin GRAD Package (including cap, gown, & Royce Hall Diploma Frame), and one for a $100 UCLA Store gift card. Due to the high demand and limited capacity for the two College commencement ceremonies, student preferences will be collected before the ticketing process begins.

Through MyUCLA  , submit your time preference Tuesday, April 25, 4:00 p.m. – Thursday, April 27, 2017, 12:00 p.m. (noon).

During this period, limits will be placed on the number of students who can access the system simultaneously – you may be placed in a queue while preferences are recorded in an orderly fashion (experience will be similar to systems employed by other ticket sites like Ticketmaster).

On Thursday, April 27, 2017, after 6:00 p.m., check your MyUCLA Notices to see if your time preference was available and granted.

Place your remaining ticket order Friday, April 28, 4:00 p.m. – Friday, May 19, 2017.

You can place, modify, or cancel your order for tickets and parking permits until Friday, May 19, 2017.

You MUST return to MyUCLA   anytime during the ticketing period to order guest tickets and other commencement items.
To avoid long waits, we recommend not returning on Friday, April 28, 2017.
Remember, the same options will be available throughout the ordering period.
There is no advantage to ordering your tickets on the first day!

During this period (especially on the first day), limits will be placed on the number of students who can access the system simultaneously – you may be placed in a queue while preferences are recorded in an orderly fashion (experience will be similar to systems employed by other ticket sites like Ticketmaster).
