Thank you for participating in the College's Commencement ceremonies for 2008.
For more information about deadlines, how to RSVP and order regalia online, or where to assemble on the day of the event, see below.
If you are a faculty member and are prepared to log on to MyUCLA and submit your RSVP and order regalia, click on the box below:
If you want to RSVP for the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, you may do so online at the Graduate Division online RSVP website.
Deadlines
RSVPs
To participate in the College Commencement on Friday, June 13, or your department graduations on Saturday June 14 or Sunday, June 15, RSVP online no later than Friday, June 6, 2008.
Ordering Regalia
The College will pay for the rental of your academic regalia. Orders for regalia from institutions other than UCLA should be placed no later than April 11. After April 11, we can only guarantee availability of UCLA regalia. All regalia will be delivered the week of June 9.

Requirements
To place an order for regalia online, you will need a BOL account to log on to MyUCLA (or one of the other campus-wide username/password combinations currently supported by MyUCLA) and your 9-digit University ID number to process your transaction. Important: since the College pays for your academic regalia, you must first RSVP for at least one department graduation or the College Commencement before submitting your regalia order.

How to RSVP and Order Regalia
Once the RSVP information has been collected, it will be displayed for final confirmation. Changes are possible until the "Confirm" button is clicked. Once a RSVP has been confirmed it may be modified before April 11. If you need to change your RSVP after April 11, contact the College Commencement Office at (310) 206-3535 or email: LSEvents@support.ucla.edu.
Where to Go
College Commencement
To participate in the Official Party for the College Commencement on Friday, June 13, 2008, go to the James West Alumni Center Conference Room between 4:00 and 4:30pm.
The Official Party procession follows the student procession into Pauley Pavilion. The student procession begins at 5pm. The ceremony should conclude about 6:30pm.
Departmental Graduations
Contact your departmental graduation coordinator for details about the time and location of your departmental graduation ceremony.

How to RSVP and Order Regalia
- FACULTY
Submit your RSVP and order academic regalia by logging on to MyUCLA and clicking on the “Commencement” link listed under the “MyUCLA Features” menu.
- STAFF
Departmental staff who wish to RSVP and/or order academic regalia for faculty should log on to the Commencement Administrator site and look under the “Faculty” section of the Commencement Administrator menu for the “Add/Modify Reservations” link.
