Department Graduation Celebrations

In addition to the College Commencement ceremonies on Friday, June 14, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., in Pauley Pavilion, most academic departments in the College will host a graduation celebration on Saturday, June 15, or Sunday, June 16, 2013, at locations across the UCLA campus.

At your department graduation celebration, you will be recognized individually by the department chair and faculty.

For you:	You do not need a ticket, but you must confirm your attendance with your department through MyUCLA — Tuesday, April 30, – Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
For guests:	Each department offers four (4) free tickets. Additional tickets for $12 each may be available.
The number of extra tickets varies by department; check with your department for details.

The schedule and locations of the department graduation celebrations are posted on the UCLA Commencement web site.

Order your guest tickets for department graduation celebrations through MyUCLA — Tuesday, April 30, – Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Until Tuesday, May 14, 2013, you may modify or cancel your guest ticket orders.

Once ordered, you will be charged for guest tickets whether or not they are picked up or used.

If you file for graduation after Tuesday, May 14, 2013, contact your academic department about guest tickets.
