The Program Leading to Undergraduate Success (PLUS) is a TRIO Student Support Services program that was developed in coordination with the United States Department of Education to meet the needs of incoming UCLA freshman students who are first-generation and/or low-income and/or have a disability. PLUS is a component of the Academic Advancement Program (AAP), the nation’s largest and most successful undergraduate retention and graduation program. PLUS students are automatically eligible to join AAP and receive all of its services.
PLUS promotes academic excellence and gives students the tools to make the most of their undergraduate education, to graduate, and to get into good graduate and professional schools. For updated PLUS events and other campus information, all PLUS students are required to Subscribe to PLUS on MyUCLA. PLUS also provides the following services:
